wpid-img_20140924_160702.jpg

Finally after 9 months of kpak bing-bing, both hubby and I got the time to collected our wedding video. Hahaha, is there anymore bochap couples like we both? We were so busy after wedding, plus hubs switching jobs (no leave before probation’s done and over with), and me being the busy woman with work, assignments, getting ready for competitions, all the outing with colleagues & girlfriends. By the time we were free, Abg Asha is either out of town or busy.

Mom has been pressing & nagging every time I came over to pay a visit. “Eh bila korang nak amek video ni? Da bayar full amount abes tu tanak collect? Eh korang dua eh memang tau pemalas.”Kwang kwang kwang….

Biaselah, mak-mak and their nagging.

After discussing with dear hubs, I finally said, “k takpe b, why don’t you set and appointment  with Abg Asha and thus collect the DVD? By hook or by crook, by Hari Raya Haji kene collect. If not pakcik, makcik, datuk nenek semua menggomel.”

Finally hubs went down to Paya Lebar and collected our video. Yeahhhh!

We keep watching the video and reminiscing the moments. We were both in tears and surprisingly my parents, two of my sisters, aunties, cousins were all in tears of joys yesterday when they watched the video.

Kuddos to Abg Asha from Image & Motions for the wonderful videography. He did a wonderful job and i definitely have no regret choosing him. He was so professional and my video was so high-end. Takde goyang-goyang or whatsnot. All was done perfectly & professionally. It’s not draggy except the akad nikah part la, of course. The rest was all in detail.

There’s 4 categories ;

1.)  Our Wedding Highlights

2.) Akad Nikah day

3.) Hari Persandingan

And last but not least,

4.)  Photo montage

Bersyukur sangat-sangat that the video was awesome done because I don’t really look at his work. I don’t google at the internet or whatsoever. I just looked at some of the video he has done and hence paid the deposit.

We were recommended by Abg Yunos, owner of Theme’s Photography on the day we went down to have some discuss with Abg Azman.

I will definitely recommend to my friend and families. ❤

Zooommmmmm…. KRABI. 💜

image

Alright after being hiatus for a while, finally I’ve decided to be active back in blogging. I’ve been super busy with stuffs that I just couldn’t find a suitable time to blog. Lol..

Life’s has been great so far, syukur alhamdulillah will all the things. The surrounding, the changes and etc, etc.

Hubs is dealing perfectly with his new job, pejam celik dah almost 5 months he has been working with PSA. And as for me, I am patiently waiting for my last day in Aetos. Yeah, like FINALLY!

Both me and hubs realised that we have been super busy with work and so, after much consideration, we finally decided to booked a flight & hotel to Krabi. Ala-ala second honeymoon la gitu. (Trust me, you guys will never get tired of each other. We are planning for our third honeymoon now! Hehe.)

image

Took an early flight and reached Krabi by 11am. We don’t hire any tour guide because we don’t feel there’s a need to.

Halfway throughout our journey to our resort, the taxi driver stopped halfway and told us that he needs to sent some stuffs to one of these tour guide shop. Padahal I dah tahu lah tactic dorang. They so called have this collaborations with the tour shop and they are basically trying to sent us in and purchase their packages. Both me and hubs acknowledged and get out of the cab to have a good view of the scenery.

While snapping pictures, one of the lady came to us and told us to came in and look at their packages. We went in and she started showing us all sorts of packages. From island hopping to ATV, elephant and more.
In my heart, I da cakap, aku dah agak dah. Ni semua drama mama, nak step nak sign la ape lah. Padahal-padahal eh..

She’s friendly and the best of all, she can tahan dengan I punya cerewet-ness. She showed me three types of island hopping, a whole-day event inclusive of driver and yup, lunch is provided as well. The three island  packages was Phiphi Island, Hong Island and Chicken Island. Phiphi Island definitely a no because we’ve been there two years ago. (We went to Phuket!) I find chicken island boring so end up I choosed Hong Island package.

Hong island package is inclusive of Hong island itself, Paradise island and a few more beautiful island. On top of that, she showed us another package for our third day. I chooses Emerald pool, Hot spring waterfall and Elephant trekking, inclusive of driver and lunch is provided also. At first, she charged us with a total sum of $300, but I bargained and finally she charged us at $220 for two pax, inclusive of free night market @ Krabi Town and a free driver to sent us back to the airport on our last day in Krabi.

Heheee, part bargain-bargain I favorite. Anyway, I did my researched before going and needless to say, I already knew how things are like and how to bargain. I’m expertise in all this. 🙂

The price is definitely within our budget and we find it worth the cash. All is included, tak payah nak pening-pening kepala nak carik lunch, driver or whatsnot.

So why not pay a little bit more and get all things done perfectly. All you gotta do is sit back and relax.
So yeah, our second and third day in Krabi is fully utilised now. Woots woots!
Once settled with the payments, we proceed back to the car and the taxi driver sent us straight to our resort.

Definitely the best resort. Strategically, it’s located along Ao Nang beach with many shops and restaurant.

Good news ; majority of the restaurants along Ao Nang is Halal!

You’ll never get lost. The best of all, the resort was owned by a muslim couple and of course, they served only halal food. I love the ambience of the resort, how spacious the room was and how convenient it was to go anywhere.

imageWe were given hibiscus juice upon checking in. Sungguh tak bagus eh. Tak sedap! Uwek!

Here are some of the pictures that I took. I definitely LOVES their bath tub area. Arghhhh! One word to describe it :  Wonderful!

image

Once settled with the check-in, we unpack our stuffs, rest for a while, get changed and out we go.

Perut sudah keroncong, so hubs and I decided to go out from the resort and walked around Ao Nang. We went to Canyon black coffee for lunch. Seriously their Thai Ice Tea is to die for. Gile babi sedap okay!

I ordered their Tom Yam fried rice, Tom Yam Goong while hubs ordered Thai fried rice. It’s delicious. Very much delicious.

After lunch, we walked around Ao Nang and shopped.
Trust me, you’ll be spoilt with choices eh..

Most of the shops selled island packages, ATV, elephant trekking and all. Im fact, they selled them in a way cheaper price compared to the one I bought at. But the different is, we already have a driver upon departing back, our packages is inclusive of Night Market and inclusive of lunch.
At first sakit hati tengok all the cheap prices, but after hubs explained to me, baru I realised that we tak rugi ape-ape la kan..

After few hours of walking around, we decided to went back to our resort and rest before going out again in the evening for dinner.

Day 1 is purely about resting and rot around the places. Nothing much to do for day 1..

In the evening, we went out again and decided to have dinner over at Chaba Thai Restaurant. I’ve heard good reviews about the place and it was nearby to our resort. I love love LOVES the restaurant because it was located right beside Ao Nang beach. A peaceful and calm area with wind and sound of the waves splashing when the waves hit the rock was simply serenity and peaceful. For once I totally forgotten all about how busy our life is.

image

After dinner, we had their banana nutella pancake.

A MUST, MUST HAVE…!

image

Yeah, after having all the good foods, we went back to our room and rest. We gotta wakes up at 7:00am tomorrow as the driver will be fetching us at 8:30am for island hopping.

There goes our Day 1 in Krabi. I’ll update another blog regarding our Day 2 and 3 in Krabi. Too long to type in one post and I’m afraid it might becomes too draggy.

So yup, till the next updates lovelies…

🙂

Krik krik krik!

It’s been so long since I last updated my blog. Pejam celik, pejam celik, dah nak masuk 9 bulan jadik isteri orang..

Wow! Time flies indeed very fast and I’m loving every seconds of being a wife. Okaylah, the true fact is, I haven’t feel 100% of being a wife yet because I am too busy with work and stuffs.

On the side note, I can’t wait for our so-called SECOND HONEYMOON.

Yipeeeee!

Marriage in Islam.

image

Islam, unlike other religions is a strong advocate of marriage. There is no place for celibacy like, for example the Roman Catholic priests and nuns. The prophet (pbuh) has said “there is no celibacy in Islam.

Marriage is a religious duty and is consequently a moral safeguard as well as a social necessity. Islam does not equal celibacy with high “taqwa” / “Iman”. The prophet has also said, “Marriage is my tradition who so ever keeps away there from is not from amongst me”.

Marriage acts as an outlet for sexual needs and regulate it so one does not become a slave to his/ her desires.

It is a social necessity because through marriage, families are established and the family is the fundamental unit of our society. Furthermore, marriage is the only legitimate or halal way to indulge in intimacy between a man and a woman.

Islam takes a middle of the road position to sexual relations , it neither condemns it like certain religions, nor does it allow it freely. Islam urges us to control and regulate our desires, whatever they may be so that we remain dignified and not become like animals.

image

The word “zawj” is used in the Qur’an to mean a pair or a mate. In general it usage refers to marriage. The general purpose of marriage is that the sexes can provide company to one another, love to one another, procreate children and live in peace and tranquility to the commandments of Allah.

* Marriage serves as a means to emotional and sexual gratification and as a means of tension reduction. It is also a form of Ibadah because it is obeying Allah and his messenger – i.e. Marriage is seen as the only possible way for the sexes to unite. One could choose to live in sin, however by choosing marriage one is displaying obedience to Allah.

Marriage is “mithaq” – a solemn covenant (agreement). It is not a matter which can be taken lightly. It should be entered into with total commitment and full knowledge of what it involves. It is not like buying a new dress where you can exchange it if you don’t like it. Your partner should be your choice for life. One should be mature enough to understand the demands of marriage so that the union can be a lasting one. For a marriage to be valid certain conditions must be met.

1) consent of both parties.

2) ” Mahr” a gift from the groom to his bride.

3) Witnesses- 2 male or female.

4) The marriage should be publicized, it should never be kept secret as it leads to suspicion and troubles within the community.

image

According to Imams Abu Hanifah, Ahmad ibn Hanbal and Malik ibn Anas, marriage is recommendatory, however in certain individuals it becomes wajib/obligatory. Imam Shaafi’i considers it to be nafl or mubah (preferable). The general opinion is that if a person, male or female fears that if he/she does not marry they will commit fornication, then marriage becomes “wajib”. If a person has strong sexual urges then it becomes “wajib” for that person to marry. Marriage should not be put off or delayed especially if one has the means to do so.

A man, however should not marry if he or she does not possess the means to maintain a wife and future family, or if he has no sex drive or if dislikes children, or if he feels marriage will seriously affect his religious obligation.

The general principle is that prophet (pbuh) enjoined up in the followers to marry.

He said “when a man marries, he has fulfilled half of his religion , so let him fear Allah regarding the remaining half.” This hadith is narrated by Anas. Islam greatly encourages marriage because it shields one from and upholds the family unit which Islam places great importance.

Adventure Cove. 🌊🌊

Since i’m back to work today and dapat partner super boring gile to the max, and yeah, i hate him to the core, i decided to waste my time blogging about my trip to Adventure Cove. 🙂

image

It was actually a surprise birthday treat for my sister. She has been longing to go, only that she doesn’t have the time to go. Working mum kate kan…

I booked the tickets online for four of us. Was kinda disappointed to found out that we are able to get a discounted tix at the front desk itself. Urgh! That is provided you used Visa or Mastercard. Ok, whatever!

Reached there almost 1pm, and to be frank, for a cost of  36bucks ; 5 types of slides, snorkel with fishes, the lazy pool and wave pool. Oh! There’s baby pool and hot sauna too. It is quite affordable la. Anyway, the locker is hell expensive eh.. A small locker cost us $10 and the big one at $20. Gile kepe!

Maybe partly the reason why they’re rich anyway. Pandai buat duit. Lol.

Took all the slides excepr for this, roller-coaster type of ride. Hell no, i’m afraid of ride and will never take that. Call me chicken, call me anything you want. I don’t care. Haha!
